You start in Edron, and go to the hero cave, you can find that here:
The lightblue line is at higher floor.
Now go down and continue like this map shows (Wild Warriors here):
Now go down again and follow the map (Demon Skeletons, Bat, Hunter, Priestess, Wild Warriors and Beholder on this path):
Now go down again and follow the next map (Demon Skeletons, Wild Warriors and Monk here):
After you went down again prepare to face Dragons and follow this map:
At the next floor there are 2 Monks, 1 Hero, 2 Demon Skeleton and Beholder, just follow the map:
Now follow the next map (Wild Warriors, Monks and 2 Priestess on the way):
Now go down the hole and move left, there will be a portal, if you go in it, you will get into the parchment room. DON’T MOVE THE PARCHMENT OR 4 DEMONS WILL SPAWN!
Normally there will be one Demon here unless someone moved the parchment before you came. Kill the first demon:
Demons like to retarget, go up the stairs as soon as he starts heading for you:
Once the demon is dead, prepare to move the parchment, the first round the demons won't attack yet, but then they will spam you with high hits! So be careful, it might be smart to bring a time ring and use the (strong) haste spell, also, use mana shield!

As soon as you pulled the parchment, click on the wooden coffin, if correct you will find a bag, now run to the stairs as fast as you can!
