To save time you should collect the Demon Dusts before talking with the NPC. But the other items needed can only be collected after talking with the NPC. To start this quest get to Cerion near Ab'Dendriel, here:

Cerion will give you a botanist container so you can collect a sample of a Griffinclaw. The problem is that Griffinclaw bloom very random. When it's not blooming the Griffinclaw Flower is just dry and withered. Now if you decide to go get the blooming Griffinclaw flower you will need to first get to Nargor. After you travelled to Nargor you should go down the ramp nearby. Now follow this map (2 Tarantulas and 3 Slimes here):
Now follow this map (2 Slimes here):
After that follow this map (Slime in the beggining and then Smugglers, Pirate Marauders and Pirate Cutthroats on the rest on the way):
Now follow this map and use parcels, boxes or levitate to get up to the next floor (Pirate Marauders here):
Now follow the last map (Smugglers and all kinds of Pirates on the way):
If the Griffinclaw flower will be blooming just use your container on it.
Now return to Cerion and talk with him like this:
You: Hi
Ceiron: Hello there. What do you want?
You: Griffinclaw
Ceiron: Were you able to obtain a sample of the Griffinclaw?
You: Yes

You will get his Waterskin and will need to get water from a Hydra cave. Now get to the medium hydra spawn near Kha'Zeel. First follow this map from Ankrahmun:

Now after you went upstairs just go up again. And then continue by going north and go up again. Now simply go up once again. Now follow this map (Nomad here):

Go down 2 times here and follow the last map to reach East Tiquanda (there might be a lured Hydra on the brigde):

Ceiron: I have one final task for you, Player. Many months ago, I was trying to free the war wolves which are imprisoned inside the orc fortress.
Ceiron: Unfortunately, my intrusion was discovered and I had to run for my life. During my escape, I lost my favourite wolf tooth chain.
Ceiron: It should still be somewhere in the fortress, if the orcs did not try to eat it. I really wish you could retrieve it for me.
Ceiron: It has the letter 'C' carved into one of the teeth. Please look for it.
Ceiron: Have you understood everything I told you and will fulfil this task for me?
You: Yes

Now you will need to get Cerion's Wolf Tooth Chain from Orc Fortress. Follow this map from west Venore gate:
At the path you will go trough the swamps, then the black knight house, after that trough amazon camp and then you will go to wyvern hill. North of the hill with 3 Orc spearmen, 2 Orc Warriors, Orc Shaman and Scorpion there is another tower. Nearby the tower you may have to kill Orc Spearmen, Orc Warriors, Orc Shamans, Orc Berserkers and Orc Leaders. Continue until you reach a hill with a ramp.
Go up, first you will face Orcs and Orc Warriors but nearby the ramp that leads down there is an Orc Berserker. The map below shows how to walk.
If you go down you may have to face Orc Berserkers, Orc Shamans and a Cyclops nearby the ramp. You will have to go down to the underground. The easiest way is to use the stairs nearby the ramp. Like this map shows:
Now when you reached the first underground floor you will have to be prepared to kill many orcs. You will need to go east. The first 6 rooms got alot Orc Warriors, Orc Berserkers and Orc Leaders. If you continue past the room you will find another bigger room with stonefloor. Here you will encounter Beholders and Orc Shamans. Continue east and soon there will be a room south of the hallway. The room got maybe 4 or 5 Orc Warlord spawns. Therefore be careful with luring too many Orc Warlords. Mages should use manashield for the safety. After killing the Orc Warlords you should continue west to the last room where you find stairs, don't walk down the stairs yet if you aren't prepared. Here's the map:
Now go down. There will be Orc Berserkers, Orc Leaders, Orc Warlords and Dragon down. After you cleaned follow this map (Orc Riders, Orc Shamans, Orc Berserkers and Orc Leaders here):
You will find a chest behind the door with the blinking handle.
Get Cerion's Wolf Tooth Chain from here. Now return to Cerion and talk with him like this:
You: Hi
Ceiron: Hello there. What do you want?
You: Wolf Tooth Chain
Ceiron: Have you really found my wolf tooth chain??
You: Yes
Ceiron: Crunor be praised! You found my beloved chain! player, you really earned my respect and I consider you as a friend from now on. Remind me to tell you about Faolan sometime.

Now you will need to get to A Majestic Warwolf in Cormaya. Here's the location of the cave you can find him in:
Open the hole with a shovel and go down. Talk with A Majestic Warwolf like this:
