IMPORTANT NOTE: Nobody knows for sure how this quest works, the following guide is just 1 of the many theory's that are around, but this one seems to be the most accurate.
The Demon Oak can be found on the Plains of Havoc, south-east of the Dark-Cathedral, here:
There are 5 spots around the Demon Oak, that make him speak, there is also the entrance that is blocked by a tree(when stepping on the sqm before it you get teleported back).
It is believed when walking on the 5 spots, you got an x%(very low!) chance of getting inside the Oak, you can find the 5 spots here:
There are certain people that believe you must get 5 imes the same message from the Oak to get inside, or 5 different ones, this is unconfirmed though.
Other people think there is a sixth switch hidden somewhere around tibia, yet this is unconfirmed too.
Once you stepped on all the 5 switches, try walking inside, you might be lucky!
Once you are inside, you should go out immediatly, there is an exit teleport in the area. Then you must go to Oldrak, the monk npc in the PoH temple, you can find him here:
Make sure you got an axe and 1k with you.

If correct, Oldrak took your 1k and changed your axe into an Hallowed Axe.
Now go back to the Demon Oak, if correct, you should be able to go in immediatly now. Use your Hallowed Axe to attack the demon oak. Select "Use with..." and then click on the spiked balls, the bird, or it's head.
Creatures will spawn in waves when you do this, also, the demon oak will attack you in 300-500 hits if you hit him with the axe.
Have friends outside the demon oak to help shooting.

When you can't attack the demon oak anymore(you get poofs when using the axe) with the Hallowed Axe leave immediatly, head back to Oldrak and talk with him about your victory on the Demon Oak

Now go to the grave called "Yesim Adeit" it can be found here:
Go into the grave by "using" it, you will fall into the grave and end up in the reward room. Pick the reward of your choice and leave using the exit teleport.
