This Quest is located in Plains of Havoc Cyclops camp. It's located down the stairs of a building there. Here's the map of east plains of Havoc and the location of the building (Snakes and Poison spiders on the way, Minotaurs, Cyclops and Minotaur Guards in the Cyclops camp):

After you went down you will face alot Orcs, Minotaurs, Minotaur Archers, Cyclops, 2 Minotaur Mages and Minotaur Guards. The best is to GFB. Follow this map (more creatures here):
